Our Executive Team leads a staff who design, build, and execute our advanced technology platform, manage our client programs, and provide value-add services such as marketing support and event consultation.
+ Brian Roy CEO
Brian manages CMR’s registration and lead retrieval operations and technology, as well as the customer contact center and IT application team. In overseeing day-to-day operations and mentoring staff, he implements seamless processes across CMR to ensure program success and client satisfaction. Prior to joining CMR in 1998, Brian held management and sales positions with Westin Hotels and Resorts for over 15 years, and spent several years as Director of Convention Services with IDG Expo Management.
+ Julie Noto Managing Director
Julie manages client services, housing operations and technology, hotel contract management, and customer satisfaction. By always putting the customer first, Julie fosters CMR’s unwavering dedication to each client’s success. Julie joined CMR in 2007 with over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including Hotel General Manager and other sales and operations positions for Omni Hotels.
+ Art Murray Managing Director
Art manages the finance, human resources, and marketing and sales divisions, directing business operations to ensure staff productivity and CMR’s profitability. Art, with Brian and Julie, sets the vision for CMR’s future growth by determining goals and monitoring performance. A long-time lead retrieval services partner of CMR’s through his company Expo Data Capture, Inc., Art joined CMR in 2017 with over 15 years of exhibition industry experience.
+ Lee Markham Vice President, Registration Platform
Lee Markham’s primary function at CMR is to oversee the advancement of CMR’s group of technologies with specific focus on the registration product. Lee has held multiple management roles within the hospitality industry including positions with Marriott Hotels and Resorts and, most recently, at CMR overseeing Program Management.
+ Stephanie Casad Vice President, Registration Operations
Stephanie brings 23+ years of registration management experience. Prior to joining CMR, Stephanie held the position of Registration & Travel Manager with the American College of Surgeons for over 16 years, where she managed two teams and oversaw the execution of 38 meetings annually. Stephanie will be managing a 10-person registration operations team (directors and coordinators). She will work closely with the CEO on registration client management. She will be responsible for training new registration personnel as well as training on platform enhancement releases.
+ Pavel Quezada Director, Customer Contact Center
Pavel has been a valued member of the CMR contact center team since 2010; he first came to CMR as a customer support associate and later transitioned into the role of director in March 2018. In his leadership capacity, he focuses on customer relationship management. With emphasis on project management and quality control, his objective is to deliver a superior customer experience.
+ John Lee Vice President, Finance
John oversees CMR’s finances and accounting. In his position, which he has held since 2013, John is focused on the business and financial strategies, decisions, and execution that will deliver CMR’s short and long-term goals. Prior to joining CMR, John was the Controller at New Pride Corporation for ten years, where he took charge in successfully going public as the first and only American company in Korea.
+ Teresa Liu Vice President, Hotel Contracting
Teresa specializes in hotel contract negotiations and oversees the contracting team. She joined CMR in 2005 with over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry including Convention Group Sales. With her industry knowledge and expertise, she focuses on each client’s needs to develop and deliver an ideal housing package while securing the best possible terms.
+ Jacy Wilcoxon Vice President, Housing Operations
Jacy is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housing department, supporting the housing team, and providing housing training. Jacy also closely collaborates with the Director of Housing Systems to address operational requirements and improvements within CMR's housing platform. Prior to joining CMR in 2007, Jacy held multiple hotel rooms division operations and management positions across Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Marriott Hotels, and independent hotels.
+ Blake Gary Vice President, Housing Platform
Blake directs the on-going advancement of CMR’s housing platform by addressing operational needs and client customization, ensuring that CMR’s housing platform is the market leader in housing management applications. Prior to joining CMR in 2014, Blake held various positions in the hospitality industry with a focus on hotel contracting, reservation database administration, and web content management.
+ Andy Chou Vice President, Security & Infrastructure
Andy joined CMR in 2003 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the company's security and infrastructure strategy. Andy's academic achievements, including a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Quantic, combined with his extensive professional background at Pixar, UC Berkeley, and various startups, have endowed him with a deep understanding of both the intricate technical facets and strategic considerations in security and infrastructure. This background has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence at CMR, where Andy continues to be a key figure in navigating the company through a complex digital landscape.
